Once payment is received we will need your first and last name(s) or Business name, plus the address to prepare your deed. We will send you a photocopy of the prepared deed via email or text for your approval of correct spelling and address.
Once you confirm the spelling and address is correct, we will mail off the deed to the county that the property sits in. The county will mail you and updated Deed reflecting you as the new owner.
Typically takes 4-5 weeks to receive your Deed.
If the property is closed using a title company they will instruct you on what is needed to close.
IF YOUR PROPERTY YOUR BUYING IS BEING HANDLED BY A TITLE COMPANY OR CLOSING ATTORNEY THEY WILL HANDLE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO CLOSE.
